Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Administer and maintain fleet management systems including SharePoint workflows, e-signature processes, and JDE updates.
    • Track and analyze CAPEX spend, fuel usage, maintenance costs, and vehicle performance metrics.
    • Develop and distribute fleet reports using Power BI and other reporting tools.
    • Support the annual capital budgeting process for fleet replacements and additions.
    • Conduct cost-benefit analyses and recommend vehicle replacements or reassignment based on usage and performance data.
    • Monitor and ensure data integrity across fleet systems; troubleshoot discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
    • Collaborate with Finance to develop internal equipment rates and support sustainability initiatives.
    • Assist in the creation and management of rental contracts and long-term rental purchase orders.
    • Provide data and insights for performance benchmarking and operational improvements.
    • Coordinate with IT and external vendors for system upgrades and integrations.
    • Support environmental compliance efforts related to fleet fuel systems and underground storage tanks.
    • Review and code invoices for acquisitions, leases, rentals, and fuel transactions, ensuring proper asset tagging.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in fleet operations, data analysis, finance, or accounting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (JDE or Oracle preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across departments and with external vendors.
  • Experience in database management and report generation.
  • Knowledge of fleet maintenance practices, fuel systems, and environmental regulations is a plus.
