We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Human Resources Director with 10+ years of comprehensive experience in driving HR strategies to align with organizational goals. Proven track record in leading teams, optimizing talent management processes and implementing innovative solutions for organizational growth. Expert in compliance, employee relations and workforce planning.
This position has primary responsibility to deliver consistent leadership and HR support and consultation to the regional business units in furtherance of H&M Inc.’s strategic business objectives. Emphasis will also be placed on the development of talent at all levels through defined talent management, succession and development programs.
